3. If the temperature is too high when bleaching, the bleaching will be excessive and damage the fiber.

4. Long-term washing in high-temperature and high-alkali Although the pure cotton fabric itself is more resistant to alkali and heat, long-term washing in this environment will also cause fiber strength to decrease too fast.

5. During the washing process, the water level is too low, resulting in too high concentrations of the detergent, and the torque of the washing machinery is too damaging for the fabric.

6. During the bleaching process, the drum did not rotate, causing the local bleach concentration to be too high to damage plant fiber.

7. Pure cotton fabric is very sensitive to acid. Adding acidic substances to the detergent will cause significant damage to the fiber strength of pure cotton fabrics.
